                    As soon as the leaves would start to fall these would be made. Another family tradition. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup oil  |  
                                                4 eggs  |  
                                                2 cups pumpkin  |  
                                                2 cups sugar  |  
                                                2 cups flour  |  
                                                2 teaspoons baking powder  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon clove  |  
                                                2 teaspoons cinnamon  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Blend oil, eggs and pumpkin together, then add sugar and beat. Once that is fully mixed, add the remaining ingredients. 2. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan (deep cookie sheet). 3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 4.
