Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup pigeon peas , toor dal
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups radish, red
  • 2 tbsp tamarind

Directions:

  1. # Please add (1) pinch of hing (2) 2 red chillis (3) 4 curry leaves to the recipe (4) 1 tbl sambhar powder
  2. # Take water. Mix tamarind, turmeric, hing, salt and sambhar powder
  3. # Boil the mix
  4. # Add the radish and onions
  5. # Add the pressure-cooked toor dal with turmeric
  6. # Temper with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red and green chillies
