Ingredients:

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo or 1/2 cup & 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp* chili powder (*to taste)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (or more , depending on the surface area of your dish)
  • your favourite nacho chips or pita or veggies (or all)

Directions:

  1. Mix until blended - cream cheese, mayo, sour cream (if using)
  2. Add green onion and chili powder into mixture
  3. Spread mixture over bottom of shallow dish
  4. Spread salsa in generous layer over top of cheese mixture
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese generously over top of salsa
