Rosemary and Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup marsala wine
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic and rosemary in small bowl and spoon over chicken.
  3. Pour marsala wine in bottom of baking dish.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in oven 35-40 minutes or until done.
