Roasted Red Potatoes With Bacon And Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Mix dressing, parsley, cheese and bacon bits in large bowl
  3. Add potatoes, toss to coat all
  4. Spoon into lightly greased 13X9 baking dish. Cover with foil
  5. Bake 40 minutes then remove foil. Bake and additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender
  6. Now...this part is up to you, it is really good to eat at this point, it's a bit more creamy and casserolish, but, I like to broil them on the top before serving to give them some crunch and a bit browning
