Roasted Figs With Prosciutto, Goat Cheese, Blackbe...

Ingredients:

  • 12 medium- sized figs , quartered at the top along half the length of the fruit
  • 1 package italian prosciutto , each slice cut in half lengthwise
  • a few tbsp blackberry honey
  • a few tbsp balsamic reduction

Directions:

  1. Stuff the figs with the cheese. wrap each fig snug with prosciutto. drizzle with honey See Photo. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Drizzle with more honey and balsamic.
  2. On a serving platter, place each fig on a basil leaf. Enjoy!
