Roast Beef Smorrebrod

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice brown bread (thin)
  • 2 -3 slices roast beef (thin slices)
  • 1 slice tomato (thin)
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 -2 tbsp remoulade sauce

Directions:

  1. Spread butter over bread.
  2. Place roast beef on bread, allowing meat to overhang.
  3. Spoon remoulade over beef, and sprinkle with chives.
  4. Top with tomato slice, and enjoy.
