Red Lobster Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup miracle whip
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish , with the relish juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Chop the sweet white onion in food processor, put in small container and set aside.
  2. Chop carrot in food processor and add to onion.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir to blend thoroughly.
  4. Do not use electric mixer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to let flavors blend.
