Raspberry Truffle Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups hershey's chocolate rasbperry chips
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 8 oz tub of whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Prep time does not include chilling
  2. Melt chips and milk in microwave about 1 minute on high power or chips melted.
  3. Stir smooth
  4. Add marshmallow and micro hi another minute or till melted, stir smooth again
  5. Place 1/2 cup mixture in bottom of prepared crust.
  6. Cool remaining mixture to room temp and fold in whipped topping
  7. Spoon mixture into crust
  8. Cover and chill firm about 4 to 6 hours
  9. Garnish with fresh raspberries
  10. Stores uneaten portions in the refrigerator
