Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chip

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Add jello and sugar gradually. Beat until very stiff. Mix in vinegar; fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Drop onto parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 250 for 25 minutes.
  4. Turn off oven and leave cookies in for twenty minutes.
