  1. Pour pretzels into a 2 gallon re-sealable baggie.
  2. Mix the first 5 ingredients and pour over pretzels.
  3. Shake and coat; stand for 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
