Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups chicken or 1 1/4 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Combine stock and cornstrach and mix well. bring to boil while stirring occasionally. stock will thicken into a light, oily consistency. set aside for use.
