Quick and Easy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp of hot milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Place in a blender, in order, all of above ingredients except the confectioners sugar.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Uncover and with the blender still in motion, add to container the confectioners sugar.
  4. Stop to stir down with rubber or plastic spatula.
  5. Blend until smooth.
