Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute (such as equal)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 (8 oz) carton frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin and sugar sub, mix well.
  2. Beat in cinnamon, vanilla, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Refrigerate till serving time.
  5. This is good used as a spread on cinnamon bagels, toast or any quick bread you like.
