Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bran flakes
  • 1 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Divide into 24 muffin cups
  3. Bake at 400 F until tops spring back when touched
