Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 1 cup. cooking oil
  • 2 cup. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsps. cinnamon
  • 2 tsps. soda
  • 2 tsps. baking powder
  • 2 cup. pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, add sugar, creaming well.
  2. Add oil and beat well again.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, beat well again.
  4. Stir in pumpkin.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

  7. Icing for Pumpkin Cake
  8. 1 stick of butter
  9. 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  10. 1 box confectioners sugar
  11. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  12. 1 c. chopped walnuts
  13. Mix and spread on cake.
