Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soad
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp milk

Directions:

  1. ) Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and oil
  2. ) Mix flour, soda, and powder, and sift into pumpkin mixture
  3. ) add cinnamon and vanilla
  4. ) Bake in 11X16 pan (greased and floured) for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees
  5. FROSTING:
  6. Mix in blender or with mixer:
  7. Cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar
