Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.
  2. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain well; cool potatoes.
  5. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  6. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise,onion, pickles, the 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  7. Add the potatoes and egg, gently tossing to coat.
  8. Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours.
  9. To serve, stir enough of the milk into salad to reach desired consistency.
