Poor Student's Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 4 dill pickle slices
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 tbsp chacarero pepper sauce (pepper sauce for chacarero's (pebre-chilean name))

Directions:

  1. Spread the chacarero sauce on one slice of bread and put the cheese on the other slice.
  2. Toast both slices in the toaster oven.
  3. Cut apple into thin and flat slices.
  4. Put the sandwich together with the pickle slices and apple slices.
  5. Cut and serve.
