Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice plums in half and remove pit(leaving the pit will make it a lil more bitter )
  2. Place in a medium saucepan with the water, ginger, and honey, if using)
  3. Heat to a simmer and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, mashing with a potato masher or large fork, etc, as they soften.
  4. Once plums have all cooked down and juice is a deep, solid red, remove from heat and strain liquid.
  5. Let cool in fridge at least 30-45 minutes.
  6. To serve, fill serving glass about 1/2 full of the juice, add ice and fill with ginger ale.
