Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 2/3 cup icing sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 liter cool whip
  • 2 (113 g) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix first layer and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine ingredients for second layer and spread on first layer.
  3. Mix pudding and milk; spread over second layer.
  4. Spread remaining Cool Whip over third layer.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  6. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
