Pineapple Sweet and Sour Seitan

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger.
  2. When onion begins to get translucent, add pineapple, peppers, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce.
  3. When this comes to a boil, add the seitan and the dissolved cornstarch.
  4. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens and the seitan is heated through.
  5. Serve over brown rice.
