Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat flour, butter and cream cheese in bowl.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Roll into 1 balls.
  4. Press each ball into greased wells of small muffin tin, forming cups; set aside.
  5. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
  6. Pour hot mixture, 1 Tbsp at a time, into cups.
  7. Bake in 400° oven for 12-15 minutes.
