Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, milk, and butter in saucepan; bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Pour over marshmellow creme and kisses.
  3. Stir until well blended.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
  6. Makes about 12 dozen.
