Directions:

  1. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with butter. Set aside. Grease a large Dutch oven with 1/2 cup butter. Add sugar and evaporated milk and bring to a boil, stirring often, over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 230 degrees. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and marshmallow cream, beating with a wooden spoon until blended. Pour fudge into prepared papn; cool and let stand until firm.
