Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix brown and granulated sugars with milk in a large pot. Bring to a boil Stir in the peanut butter; reduce your heat to medium and bring back to a boil stirring constantly.
  2. When mix forms a ball in a glass of cold water, remove from heat and stir the margarine and the vanilla into the mixture. Stir constantly till fudge begins to harden, always stirring in the same direction.
  3. Pour into buttered pan and cool. Cut into squares after cooled.
