Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients, mix well.
  2. Put mixture on large cookie sheet and bake at 325F - 350F for 15 - 20 minutes.
  3. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting while warm.
