Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fill the half peaches with butter and brown sugar, place in an oven proof dish, cover and cook in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Just before serving heat the brandy in a saucepan and pour over the peaches.
  3. Light with a match, and present to your guests whilst still alight.
