Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat a large, rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place the tenderloin on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and hand rub over the beef.
  4. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness beyond that.
  5. Remove the beef to a cutting board and slice across the grain into 3/4-inch slices.
  6. Serve on platter.
