Ingredients:

  • 2 heaping cups (about 3 oz) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place the bread in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss well with the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
