Ingredients:

  • 4 large lamb chops
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Grill or pan-fry chops until required doneness.
  2. Mix together cheese, salt & curry powder & beat into softened butter.
  3. Spread over one side of each chop & grill or broil until lightly browned.
