Papa Jim's Double Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tomato sauce or 1 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash clove
  • 1 1/2 cups catsup
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Make the rib sauce first. Mix the rib sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil, simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  2. Then make the chicken sauce. Mix ingredients in large bowl. You don't cook this one.
  3. Here's where the magic happens - add the two sauces together and stir to combine.
