Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients and then add to egg mixture.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Add berries and mix gently.
  5. Fry in olive oil.
