Our Favorite Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line muffin tins.
  3. Sift flour, bp, bs, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter. Add flour mixture and stir til combined.
  5. Scoop into muffin tins.
  6. Bake large muffins 25-30 min, and mini for 10-15 minute.
