Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine orange juice, water and orange flavoring. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir egg yolks, sugar and flour together until no dry flour shows.
  3. Add mixture into juice and water mixture and boil until thickened.
  4. Bake 2 pie crusts and pour filling into them. Let cool
  5. ICING....
  6. Beat 4 egg whites until peaks form. Add 2 tsp. of sugar and beat until stiff.
  7. Put icing on pies and brown in 450F.oven for about 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
