Ingredients:

  • 2 (3 oz) packages orange jell-o
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) container cool whip

Directions:

  1. Add two packages jello and 3 tablespoons sugar to 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Stir until dissolved, then cool to lukewarm.
  3. Add 1 pint orange sherbet and cool whip to jello mixture.
  4. Pour half of the orange mixture into a 9x13 greased pan.
  5. Break up half an angel food cake and put on top of orange mixture in pan.
  6. Pour rest of orange mixture over top. Refrigerate until set.
  7. You may put mandarin orange slices on top.
