  1. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler or microwave.
  2. Stir in sugar. add eggs and vanilla, mix well. add flour and walnuts; stir well until blended.
  3. Spread into greased foil-lined 13x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
