Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, over a medium heat. Add the tomatoes, garlic, onion and tomato paste and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes, then add the paprika, cayenne, olives and 4 tbs water.
  3. Simmer gently, uncovered for about 15 minutes, or until the dip thickens.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  5. If time allows, chill before serving.
