Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan over medium heat.till mixture reaches the soft crack stage - 270*-289* on a candy thermometer.
  2. Pour into buttered jelly roll pan -
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Cut into squares to serve.
  5. Wrap in colorful waxed paper squares.
