Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan, saute onion in butter until limp. Add garlic towards end of sauteeing if using.
  2. Chop stewed tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Add tomatoes to pan.
  4. Add tomato sauce to pan.
  5. Add okra.
  6. Cook until okra is done and sauce is thickened a bit.
