Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Combine flour, oats, raisins, flax, b.soda,cinnamon & salt in mixing bowl.
  3. Beat butter and sugar together in separate bowl.
  4. Add apple sauce, vanila & eggs to butter mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Combine mixtures, it will be thick.
  6. Press mixture evenly into pan. Bake 18-22 minutes until firm.
  7. Cool in pan until room temp. to set.
  8. Remove from pan and cut into 16 equal bars.
