Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Put apples in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix sugar and water and pour over apples.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
  4. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes!
