Never Fail Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and margarine till creamy. Then add eggs and mix well.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour .
  4. Also makes beautiful muffins (12).
