Muesli Cookies (No Flour, Just Seeds)

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g mixed seeds , and kernels (i used sesame, sunflower
  • 50 g raisins (optional, but i would include them)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and drop by teaspoons on a paper-lined baking sheet leaving some space between the cookies.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until nicely browned.
  4. Let cool completely on baking sheet. If you want to store them keep them in an airtight container in a dry place.
  5. Enjoy!
