Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-covered raisins (i used chocolate covered pomegranates)

Directions:

  1. Place the first 7 ingredients in a mixer, mixing till blended. Stir in the remaing ingredients.
  2. Spoon on to a parchment lined cookie sheet pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove and let set for 5 minutes.
