  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the first three ingredients. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add flour, baking powder, coconut and nuts; beat for about two minutes. Spread batter in a greased and floured 9x13 pan; bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
  2. Spread marshmallow creme over the top while still hot. Cool and then frost. add gummy worms.
  3. Store in the refrigerator.
  4. Frosting: Combine all ingredients; beat until creamy.
