Monica's Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add egg, milk and peanut butter.
  3. Stir the mixture until the ingredients are combined.
  4. Spoon into a greased 8 in x 4 in x 2 in loaf pan.
  5. Bake in a 350F degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan before moving to a wire rack.
