Mom's Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cook sugar, milk and butter to a soft ball stage.
  2. Add salt, vanilla and peanut butter and beat until smooth.
  3. Then pour into a 8x8 square baking dish and chill until firm.
