Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix together cornstarch and water and add to boiling water. Cook until clear and thick. Beat egg whites until peaks form and add cooled cornstarch mixture slowly. Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time.
