Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • confectioners' sugar , to roll cookies in

Directions:

  1. Topping - Combine cinnamon, pecans and confectioners sugar and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
  5. Form into small balls. Roll in topping. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes or until a light golden brown.
